Bourges, Menetou Salon includes,10 villages. The vineyard is
planted on calcareous sediments. On these hillsides the soils
are perfectly adapted for the production of Pinot Noir.

white wine expresses a pleasant fresh and fruity aroma. It has
a nice clear, bright and pale gold color. Menetou-Salon is long and nicely round on the palate.

White makes an excellent aperitif and wonderful accompaniment
for local cheeses (such as Crotting de Chavignol, a goat cheese),
crustacean, fish and white meat. Well-matured vintages goes well with foie gras.
